Terms of business

Your booking is only treated as confirmed once a deposit has been received. An estimate of the number of persons being catered for is required at this time.

Final numbers of persons to be catered for is required no less than 7 days prior to the function. This will be the minimum number of persons charged for even if the actual number of persons drops below the confirmed total. Final numbers may be increased at the discretion of Posh Nosh Marlborough Ltd, and any increases will be charged for at the quoted rate.

The final account will be either delivered by hand or emailed out the day after the function and payment is due "STRICTLY" within 7 days of completion of the function.

All costs incurred in recovering overdue payments as defined by the payment details listed above will be added to the original account and be payable by the client concerned.

Additional transport charges may apply.

A cancellation fee will apply at the discretion of Posh Nosh Marlborough Ltd.
